1 cup mixed berries (we used strawberries, raspberries & blueberries)
1-2 mint leaves
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1.5 cups coconut water

Berry Smoothie Step by step
Add all the ingredients in a blender and whizz up to a creamy consistency. Add a little more water if necessary. Makes approx 16oz. And voila, your smoothie is made.
