This berry smoothie had hardly been photographed before it was swiped and drained!  No matter what berries are in season in your neck of the woods this is an easy one to replicate. We actually used a mixture of fresh and frozen berries to give it an extra cold finish for a hot day. We used coconut water but you can easily use pure water or coconut / almond milk depending on the consistency you are after.

Serves 2

Medium banana
1 cup mixed berries (we used strawberries, raspberries & blueberries)
1-2 mint leaves
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1.5 cups coconut water

This is the perfect smoothie for all the family
