These little sticky, succulent snacks are delicious and perfect fodder for the festive season. The sweet asian flavours are the ideal partner with mini pork sausages. Delicious eaten both warm or cold, both children and grown ups will gobble these up!
Sticky Asian Sausages are quite possibly canapé nirvana.
What You’ll Need
- 1 tbsp of Sesame Oil
- 3-50 cocktail sausages
- 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp clear honey
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Heat the oven to 190C.
- Mix the sesame oil, hoisin sauce, honey and sesame seeds together and pour over the sausages, making sure that they are all coated with the sauce.
- Line a baking tray with foil and place the sausages on oil making sure they are not overlapping too much. Add any remaining sauce on top of the sausages to make them extra sticky. Bake for 20-25 mins until golden.
- You can either serve these with mini napkins or for less stick, pop a little cocktail sausage into each one.
