This super green detox smoothie is just what you need for a body boost.  It is full of energising nutrients that will help you feel full for longer and boost your metabolism.  We can’t promise Gigi Hadid curves but we can promise this will help cleanse your body and give you a glow both inside and out.

Mix up the greens a bit to find the right flavour or add a little drop of honey if you need a little sweetness.

Serves 2

1/2 large avocado
1 medium banana
1/2 cup spinach
1 cup kale
1/4 cucumber (approx 2.3 inches – with or without skin)
Juice of half a lemon
1/2 pear or apple
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon coconut oil (melt in microwave or on pan and then add)
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger (optional)
1 cup pure water

This smoothie will keep you full & energised for hours

Detox Smoothie Step by step

Add all the ingredients in a blender and whizz up to a creamy consistency. Add a little more water if necessary. Makes approx 16oz.
